I have installed dvdshrink and it works well most of the time for backing up my dvd collection, however sometimes it just crash's windows during either analysing or encrypting a dvd, anybody know why or have experienced similar, it is driving me nuts, I then get the message windows has recovered from a serious fault.

Use Start> Run> eventvwr.msc to open Event Viewer. Double click on the
error items for a more detailed report about the problems dvdshrink is
experiencing. Then check the dvdshrink website for more information about
errors with the same or a similar error message. If you're lucky, they will
have a workaround or a solution posted.
