XP crashes

Win XP pro crashed again today.

It booted up automatically and the message I got was that had been a serious
error, the details being:

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini091303-01.dmp

C:\DOCUME~1\All\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1F.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

I checked the application events and it showed five errors in the True
Vector Engine, the last I assume resulting in the crash.

The details about that are:

I have not yet looked at the other 4 events. All five took place in the
space of 5 minutes.

Recently I added Zone Alarm Pro, and these crashes began. I removed it and
went back to the most recent free version of ZA and things seemed to be
okay. I have not put the pro version back in.

At the time this happened I had Mailwasher, MSN and IE6 running. I
double-clicked to open PowerPoint and that's when the crash happened.

Any advice, please?

Hello!
May be some conflicts are going on.Look at the Event
Viewer.
Open control panel >Administrative Tools >Event Viewer-
here look for application errors.
Also check in Safe mode.
Also:-
Start >Run >sfc\ scannow>ok
