XP Compressed Files Zip

Have a strange problem that I'm having. We can create a
compressed file using the XP wizard but when we email it
out to other XP machines it won't open. It dosen't give
any error. Just won't open! If we load winzip on our
machines it opens fine using winzip. Anyone know how to
resolve this?

Use WinZip?
