XP Comments are in gray, Remove when Printing

when I print out a template the comments print with a gray shading on them
how do I remove this for Printing
 
There doesn't seem to be a way to accomplish that. Apparently, Word applies
some shading, even if you set the "Comments color" to "White" (in Tools |
Options, Track Changes tab).
 
Do you think I could develop a macro to turn off the comment color, it can be
removed under Tracking toolbar?
