XP Boot loop

Okay, this is the second time I have put this in here.
The first time was just like a couple days ago and a
search for it reveals nothing.hmmm.. Anyways, I have an
XP Pro machine that is stuck in a boot loop. It gets past
POST and shows XP Pro load window, flashes a couple times,
then reboots. Thats as far as it gets. Will not boot
from CD or into Safe Mode. Any ideas?
 
What's ur RPC option set up?
u just spoilt my Q--now none will ans me thinking I have
been abswered ?
