xp automatically inserts my username into programs...

When I start a given program, xp puts my name into the username field
automatically. then i have to back it out and put the right one in;
an inconveieince. Does anyone know how to stop it from doing this?

Another inconenienc is that as i am typing, all of a sudden, my type
will be going into a print area nearest the "I beam" curser , which is
where the mouse arrow is when in a text area.

Sometime...often, I will be typing away only to find that that my
additional text is being loaded into the middle of a sentence
somewhere else on the page...frustrating.

any help on either of the small anoyances above will be greatly
apprecieted.

As for the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs -- I think, you use a notebook, and
keep your hands close to the touchpad, and touch it sometimes of a
sudden.

Then if you use a mouse -- disable a touchpad; or change its settings to
reduce the unwanted effects (via Control Panel -- Mouse).

As for the 1st paragraph -- do you want to change the default name, or
to disable it at all?
BTW, what is "a given program", and does it use the computer owner's
name or the specific name?
