XP automatically changes to Classic

I Hope someone can help me with this annoyance...After I boot up approx. 5
minutes I hear this tweak noise and My desktop automatically changes back
to classic mode with no colors on my task bar. I have to go to display each
time and take it off of modified theme (which it decides to change to) and
change it back to my theme. Then it will be fine for the duration that I am
using it, but if I have to re-boot, the same problem after 5 minutes
happens...Please I have had this problem for over 6 months..I have searched
and read everything I can find on how to repair this but to no avail
Here is what consists of my computer, Thank you in advance

Have found the answer to my problem
If anyone else has the problem here is the answer:
Start\All Programs\Accessories\Accessibility\Accessibility Wizard

Click Next 3x

Check "I want to set administrative options" - Next

Select "Leave accessibility features on" [the default setting] - Next

Choose last item - then Next

Finish

Voila - the XP style no longer changed back to Classic style (without
explicitly adjusting the themes, services, or Display settings). Somehow,
the Automatic Timeout feature was enabled on this PC when I upgraded from
Win98 to XP Pro.

What else can I say? This is quite a complex operating system.
