XP asks to activate ... again?!

A peculiar thing happened after I had logged onto our XP Pro computer
as a user. A message window pops up and informs me I need to activate
the installation because the hardware had changed significantly.

The computer runs almost 24-7 for almost a year ... commonly, several
users log on and off. The hardware has not been changed, and the only
thing that is coincidental is that I, as administrator, had registered
a software that had been previously installed as a trial (Photoshop
plugins). I then logged off, and logged back in as the a user and the
message appears.

This is peculiar and rather mysterious ... why would it happen?

TIA :)

WGA = great idea to prevent/detect piracy, however it is an incredibly
crappy piece of spy ware which MS has simply stated that because it's
not malicious, it doesn't qualify as spy ware. It sucks, it's an
invasion of your privacy, it has no uninstall, and it was misrepresented
by MS.

do about it. Great peice of software huh?
