XP and Snapshot files don't mix: Help!

When I print snapshot files from a website, large black
boxes encompass graphs and charts. Any ideas why? The
printing worked great with good ole' Windows 98. What's
up with XP?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
