xp and 2000

Hi,

I some XP users that get stuck at Loading personal settings when they
attempt to log into my 2000 server. I thought it might of been a dns thing
but it was not fixed after I flushed DNS.

Any ideas.

I have users, that use an XP workstation to logon to a Win 2000 server.

When the attempt to login, the Login screen sits at "loading personal
settings". I have left it sitting there for about 2hrs and it never gets
past that. We are using XP sp1 workstations and a Win 2000 Server sp4. Most
of the users do not have any problems but a few dew. Hope that helps
