The XP 64 exhange comment/question screen does not work so I must post here.

The XP 64 order screen does not accept a PO Box as the billing address.
This is a problem because many people including myself use a PO Box for
credit card statements.

The XP 64 order screen does not accept my City, State, ZIP combination
(Sanger, TX, 76266). Odd, because Microsoft has shipped stuff to me before
at my ship address and I have received mail there for over 6 years.

The City, State, ZIP combination is invalid in both the bill and ship address.

You will likely need to contact Microsoft directly about this as these are
peer to peer support groups.

That said, there is currently a windows 64-bit discussion group on the
msnews.microsoft.com news server but it is not currently available through
the web interface, at least not that I could see. You can access it using
the Outlook Express Newsreader that came with your system. Setup
instructions can be found at the following link:
http://michaelstevenstech.com/outlookexpressnewreader.htm

Once you have set up the newsreader and the groups have downloaded, in the
newsgroup search box, type "64" without the quotes and press enter. You
should see, microsoft.public.windows.64bit.general, double click the group
and you will be taken to it. It was only added in the last few days so you
may not see much activity as yet, another reason to contact Microsoft
directly about your concerns.

You might try calling the replacement parts phone number below. While they
are probably not involved in the program, they may be able to direct you to
a phone number or department for help if you explain the situation:
