i have a small business system w/xp workstations and a 2000 server. i am admin
on all with exactly the same login/pwd and the same workgroup. i can access
files on 2000 from xp using explorer.

just added a 2003 server w/same login/pwd, shared the drives the same as the
2000 server, same workgroup, killed the firewall but cannot access 2003 files
w/explorer from xp... permission denied

what am i missing?

FIle/Folder permissions on the actual files/folders sert appropriately.
Remember - shares have share permissions and file/folder permissions.
