XmlDiffPatch License?

Hi,

I'm trying to use XmlDiffPatch component in a product of
ours, and the EULA.rtf does not seem to cover this.
(clearly, we're not end users.)

Are there anyone who used this component in their
programs? Can anyone from Microsoft clarify this?
