XML2Excel: Import to different sheets

The xsl availabe at http://xslfactory.free.fr is said to transform an
XML file to a big spreadsheet. I want to open the transformation output
with MS Excel such that the data are - as announced - sorted to
different sheets.

How can I have Excel provide me with the output on different sheets? Or
is the xsl-file to be amended? Importing to one sheet seems to be no
problem at the moment.

What version of Excel does the output use? As far as I know you can compose
multiple sheets if targeting Excel 2007's XML format and most likely the
2003 format.
