xml page doesn't show properly

When I go to the following page:

http://science.nasa.gov/rss.xml

All I see is the encoding:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>

- <rss version="0.91">

- <channel>

<title>Science @ NASA</title>

<link>http://science.nasa.gov</link>

(etc)

Presumably NASA knows how to code html. Is there something in my browser's
settings that's preventing me from viewing this page as it should be seen?

I'm using IE 6 with all the latest patches etc installed.

How do you think it should be seen? ;)

I dunno. I supposed there'd be something there about the latest exploits of
the two Martian landers. All I fetch up is a bunch of HTML code.

I would contact the person listed as webmaster in the script and let them know what occurs. They can fix the problem.
