XML Credentialing

DOes anyone know the significance of this message when
attempting to load Earthlink Total Access on a WinXP
machine:

Invalid Signature. XML credential check failed.SYST2005
Error

What do i need to do to fix it?

Earthlink should talk to their developers then.
That error is being reported by the Earthlink software,
and they are the ones (the CSR's probably have no clue,
but press them) that can find out what it means.
