Windows XP XL2007 GETPIVOTDATA returns #REF!

I have gone through threads and found nothing directed to exactly this.
how can I get this formula to show 0 when it returns #REF!?
formula: =GETPIVOTDATA("Ticket";ccPIVOT!$A$3;"Status";"Closed";"Owner";"Jones")

I have tried with IFSError but it stops me at the error check..
How exactly should the new formula look like?
