XL 2k - Recent file list missing

Hi all.

I've just reinstalled XP and Office 2k and for some reason the file menu
no longer shows my recently used files.

Tools, Options, General, RUFL is ticked.

I have OmniPage15 options in the File menu, and ASAP utilites installed,
though I'm not sure that makes a difference as I had them before
reinstalling and they didn't affect the recently used file list.

Any ideas?

Have you saved any files since the reinstall? The list needs to be
repopulated. If that's not it, come back.
 
Are you running TweakUI and have the recently used documents feature disabled?

Turns out that Excel was only listing files created since I reinstalled
- and I'd only opened existing ones.

Thanks for the suggestion tho
