Hello,

I would like to find the source code of the financial function XIRR in
Excel. The other solution is to find a program that imports functions from
Excel to Access.

Please help me !!!

This may be slow, but you should be able to create an Excel application instance
from an Access VBA module, then use the Excel application object's Evaluate
method to call XIRR. You'd need to configure Excel always to load the Analysis
ToolPak from Tools > Add-ins... . See

Hi Eriikus!

I don't think that you'll get the source code anywhere. XIRR is an
Analysis ToolPak function and the code is within a proprietary Add-In.
I'll send you a copy on direct request of a Word document that
contains the formula (an old MS KB document sent to me last week by
Myrna Larson).

Hi foobar!

It would need thoroughly checking before putting up on a website as
there were some errors in it. EFFECT formula stood out as one on them.
Possibly, that was the reason for withdrawal but as with all things
with ATP, who knows.
