xbox360 to a wireless linked computer to a modem router

Can I connect via cable, and if so what kind of cable, an Xbox360 to a
computer linked by wireless to a modem/router ?

You'd be better asking your question in one of the Xbox support forums, but
the Xbox 360 is self-sensing for the Ethernet cable, so a regular RJ-45 or
CAT 5 cable is fine. No need to purchase a special cross-over cable.
