X400 and X500

I need to write a small script that runs on exchange 5.5. I have been given
the following and i have just copied and pasted it.

"1) For each mailbox in container
a: Write x400 address and distinguished name to a file
Next Mailbox

2) For each mailboxin containerb
a: check file to see if x400 address matches
b: if it does then add x500 address using corresponding DN
Next Mailbox

The 2 containers cannot exist at the same time, so it better work through!"

Please can anyone help. Doesnt need to be full script, just pointers, but
full script would be nice!!

I'm trying to do something similar. I can get the X.500 but nothing else.
