I am now on my third X1900XT I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem and if so do you know what has could the CARD to malfunction (note have adequit power)

Any meaningful reply would be pure guesswork unless you post the specs
regarding your computer (if a proprietary model), power supply (brand,
rating), mainboard, brand of card, and other relevant details such as what
exactly is happening to your X1900XT cards that is causing you to replace
them.
Otherwise your question is like "My Chevy broke down. What's wrong?"
