Wxp won't boot completely

Some months ago, I copied the installed Wxp that was on partition C to a USB
drive. Recently I copied the Wxp copy I had copied previously to partition F
and tryed to boot it in SAFE mode but the boot process got only as far as the
"Wxp blue sceen". Any suggestions how to get it to boot completely?

You would have to install it on that partition. But WHY would you want to?
