what good is this crap ?

It's telling you that your code is so crap that it doesn't even have proper
exception handling - that's what the "unhandled exception" means...
there is no line number, no way to figure it:

Sigh...

1) Enable exception handling

2) Put a breakpoint at the top of every method in the code of the page in
question

3) Run in debug mode

O

OHM

:)

Its very good crap as its telling you to improve your coding standards
before you deploy this code!

The runtime telling you correctly that you didn't handle the exception that
your code threw. You used a NULL when a value was probably expected
somewhere. Had you handled it, you would have been able to determine where
the error was, or better still make sure it was caught, interrogated and
rectified so you code did not fall over and cleanly handled any exceptions,
planned or otherwise.

You should read up on error handling, heres a beginners guide to get you
started.
