WSUS Installation problems on a 2003 SP1 Server

Dear all,

I would like to install the "WSUS" on my second Domain controller.
After the installation process of the component "WMSDE" the setup program
makes a roll back and cancel the whole installation. I hope that someone can
give me a hand on that one. Here is the printed installation log with the
error message.
