Upon start up of Windows XP this message always pops up.

"The procedure entry point WSCUpdateProvider could not be
located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll"

It has been associated with these two files

jnb1.exe and scj1.exe

How do I fix this.

I have found out a bit more about the problem.
It started occuring when a new Identity was added to the
computer.
It only occurs in the original identity.
and it is a different file i.e. jnb1.exe etc etc every
time.
