WSA use in C#/PPC

Hi

I have some trouble understanding those issues :

-what is the version of Winsock installe on Windows CE.NET 4.2
-What is WSA and how it differs from standart socket functions offered
by the CF.NET ?
-Is it possible to use WSA function in C# ? If so do you know a web
site where the structures has been ported to C# ?
