wrong time when inviting attendees in calendar

whenever I send a meeting and invite attendees, some people get the meeting
with the wrong time (1-hour off). The time zones on both systems are the
same.
 
check to see that "adjust for daylight savings time" is checked or unchecked
on both machines (whichever applies to your time zone)
