I am receiving mail through outlook which has stranger's
name in the TO: line. I have never heard of these people
nor have I ever put their email addresses into my
accounts list. How do I prevent these from coming in?

All of the messages are blank by the way.

It sounds like someone has a virus and you're getting messages that are
being sent out by them. Your e-mail address was probably in the BCC field
when the messages were sent and that's why you don't see it anywhere when
you get the message. You probably haven't been sent the actual virus, so
these messages are more annoying than anything else. You may have to just
delete them -- these things are hard to prevent from coming in,
unfortunately.
