wrong key for " & @

....my @ and " keys are swapped can someone tell this idiot why that is and
the remedy , many thanks.
 
Hi

Control Panel>Regional and Language Options. Make sure that all three tabs
and sub menus are set to the same Language - English (United Kingdom).

i guess u r using british english as ur default language and ur
keyboard is american.so go to key board in control panel and click on
input locales and change the language setting to us english.
