wrkgradm.exe & secured.mdw files - password stopped working

I have a frontend and backend application.

Somewhere between AM & PM yesterday, my MS Access
application log-on password changed; I did not change
it. I have my Security Wizard Report and I recreated the
Wkgrp Info File but no luck. I've tried to find the
password data in Windows Registry but can't. I've
uninstalled & reinstalled Access 2000 and still it says I
don't have permission. I am the creator of the
application. Help please!

Did anything change about the folder permissions for the folder that your
databases are stored in?
