Writing to the left of a bullet point in word 2003

Is there a way to write to the left of a bullet point?

I need an individual line to look like: -

Any old text: [bullet point] Any old text


Any help is much appreciated as this would help improve my document.

You can't do it with a List Bullet style, but you can just insert a
bullet character from the Insert > Symbol dialog. See
