writing to CD

Can anyone tell me how to write a picture file to cd,under picture tast I do
not have a write to cd option.
 
One simple way to do that is to insert your CD-R/RW in its drive. Open that
drive (if it doesn't automatically).
Open your picture folder, select what you want,
and then COPY & PASTE into the CD.
(NOTE: you will probably be prompted to a CD writer/writing wizard.)
