If you don't want anything fancy, NVU is good and it's free.

Gah! That's a whole suite of stuff for programming, and very little of
it web related! All you need is 1 program.

To preserve the formatting most faithfully, Get either the full version
of Acrobat, or a cheaper (sometimes free) PDF creator. This allows
your documents to be downloaded and viewed by most anyone.

If you absolutely must have HTML, many versions of Word and Wordperfect
can export to html.

If you want to tinker, there are programs such as FrontPage, and
Dreamweaver.

LOL! Even for a troll with consistent wrong answers like you, that's quite
an answer!

He said, short stories, Andrew E., not software.

What Program did you write to create your website? I believe that if you
write it in office you can save it as an html page and then you could just
copy the files contents into your webpage. I believe there are some
formatting that will not transfer over but I believe that italics and bold
should have no problem. Fonts and font sizes might be another issue.

Word can save documents in HTML format. That should give you something
that you could immediately send to your web site.
