Writing PHP Codes

Can anyone help me? I don't know how to write a php code for shipping costs.
I'm setting up a website and the template doesn't allow me to change it
without PHP script code. Thank you.

I'd suggest asking in a more appropriate newsgroup.

This one is for questions about Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional.

Since Microsoft doesn't use PHP, I doubt you'll find a newsgroup anywhere in
the microsoft.public.* realm.

I would go to www.sitepoint.com - they are the gurus on PHP and MYSQL for
database driven websites. They also have forums there. I'm sure you'll get
great help from those guys. Their newsletter is worth subscribing to as
well.
