One simple method is to save the form input as a csv then use the close event
of the form to send to an access db - if you are using a on-line form it's
normally simpler to write the form input to an on-lince access db then export
to off-line db. If you don't have asp then you ay have the faciltiy to store
the data input to either sql or mysql
