Write protected folder problem

i bought a new computer, and connected my old HD to the new one. Now i'm
trying to enter into my old computer administrator folder in'Documents and
Settings', but i'm denied access. the other folder there, like 'Gues' are
accessible.
How can i enter, and copy the files to my new HD?
