When I receive a Sharing of Space concept paper and it gets reviewed and
approved by me and two other people, it is my responsibility to notify in
writing the originator that sent in the request, that they are (1) authorized
to proceed with a small list of other requirements to do other things or (2)
disapproved for what reason(s) or (3) I need additional
information/clarification before the group can grant authorization to
proceed.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
