Wrapping Text Doesn't Work

Please help..i am wrapping text in a cell and it's not working...under the
"Alignment" tab under "Format Cells" the check box is checked for "Wrap Text"
and still the text does not wrap. ANy trouble shooting recommendations???
 
Can't offer any troubleshooting, however, when you are inside a cell, you can
also press Alt and Enter where you want the text to be wrapped - this forces
text wrapping in a cell too.
