Wrapping information in the Calendar

Good Morning

A lady in my office and I share a calendar on the exchange server.
When she prints this from the 7 day view, the information about the
appointments wraps down a line, so nothing is lost. When I print it,
my information is truncated. I tried to look this up in help, but what
I found said that it is impossible. Can someone help? We have the
same font settings, and are printing to the same printer.

what view is she using? if it's one with preview enabled, you'll see
additional lines.
