WPF Application Crash on IA64 machine (Windows Server 2008 IA64)

Today, we encounter a critical issue about the WPF on windows 2008 IA64.
Event a simplest WPF application will crash on windows 2008 IA64 environment.
I create a WPF application by VS2008 SP1, just use the basic WPF application
template.
This application only shows a blank window. but it crashed on the 2008 IA64
server.
We already installed .Net 3.5 on the 2008 IA64 server.

Anyone can show some light on this?
 
Then we also try to install the .Net3.5 SP1 and restart the machien, this
issue still exist.
