You can't. Why do you need to know, it does not matter. If you reinstalled
xp just activate it and at the worst you'll have to call ms to get
activated, painless.
Activation info is only stored for 120 days after activation.
Sorry, thats not the lat time. Thats just when it was activated. You can;t
see when the last time it was activated, but you may activate on the same PC
as many times as you wish.
