When I click YES > new screen states "Already Active". SystemRoot did not
have a wpa.bak as outlined in prior posts; only the wpa.dbl.

Just curious...what will happen when the tome runs out, or is this an on
going problem?

I created a "wpa.tmp folder > rebooted, and went back to SystemRoot. Now
the .bak and .dbl are there, yet there is not an application
association..........

Thanking you in advance for your help!
Bruce

Here's something to try..
Boot to Safe Mode:
Start/Run
Type "regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll" Hit ENTER
Type "regsvr32.exe licdll.dll" Hit ENTER
Reboot.
