WPA encryption and local admin rights

On our W2K Prof. SP4 desktops we use WPA encryption for connection between
a speedtouch 120g and a wireless access point. The connection can only be
build after we log on with adminstrative privileges. After this we can logon
with a normal account and the connection still works. When we use no
encryption the connection will be build immediately.
Accourding to the Speedtouch helpdesk it is a Windows problem. Does anyone
know the sollution for this problem?

I have the same problem and Thompson SpeedTouch don't seam to care.

They have sold their equipment and that's that as far as they are
concerned.

I wont be recommending Thompson's to any one real soon.
