This does not seem to be a question about Microsoft Access database
software, the subject of this newsgroup. You need to find a newsgroup that
deals with the subject of your question, or, probably better, learn to use
http://www.google.com or another search engine.
In either case, you'll probably need to be more specific than "sample
business contract" -- there are contracts for many business purposes. If you
wanted a contract to lease a piece of property, and someone sent you a
consultant contract, I can imagine what they sent wouldn't appeal.
Given the vast, uncounted number of sites on the Internet, I'd bet there may
be a few you haven't perused.
