would like a custom button

on the toolbar to select a form from a public folder but
have no idea how to write the macro. I have used the
"choose form" button successfully but it is a hassle to
scroll through the different folders to get to the form I
want. Can anyone help with the quick code for the macro?
Or are their sample codes somewhere that I might use to
get started?
