I have an old Windows NT 4 box sitting on my rack, should I upgrade to 2000 or 2003? Small-scale business server

What is the reason you are considering doing so? Is there something that
you are unable to do with your current setup that you need to do and could
do with a more modern OS? Is it worth the expense in licensing to you? I
think that only you can answer your question! There are the issues of
discontinued support of NT, however.

Worth Upgrading? don't know - it depends on what up want to accomplish and
if the hardware is compatible. Since you posted none of this information it
would be impossible to answer your question.
