Can someone help me...?

I have installed all the relevant security updates. I
continue on a daily baiss though to get in the region of
thirty worm type e-mails offering me an alleged microsoft
update or tellingf me that my mail has been undelivered,
even though i havent sent any...Do I have the virus or am
i merely the recipient of the random mailings generated
from someone who does have it..

Either way what can I do as its becoming tedious?

You are the recipient of mails FROM infected machines. Just delete them.
They will reduce in time as people realise their machines are infected.

Same stuff here...I deleted my email account from the
Exchange server and set up a new one. No more SWEN.

The SWEN.A Virus not only sends copies of itself out from infected
machines. It also randomly selects a name from teh address book to insert
into the "From:" field. So, Even though you didn't send them, you are
receiving the "undeliverable" notices.
