workstation keeps locking

when a user leave his workstation for +/- 5 min, the
workstation locks by it's self. how can i adjust the time
before locking??
 
In your group policy editor, look under user configuration, the
administrative templates, then control panel and finally display.

This is where you can configure the screen saver timeout including the
logon.scr.
 
This happens because the Screen Saver is password
protected. You can either remove the protection or
increase the wait time for the screen saver
