I have opened up a file in excel, but it is just a blue screen. If I scroll
down using the arrows it does show the text in that cell in the text box but
can not see the worksheet. All other worksheets are gone too. It is all there
when I go to print preview and when I change layout to full screen i can
change to different worksheets. Then I choose restore and it all go backs to
a blue screen. All toolbars are shown as normal. Can anyone help.

Try opening your file and then:

Window|Arrange|tiled

Then resize the way you like

Shift-Cntl-Page Up and Shift-Cntl-Page down will allow you to move between
worksheets unless they are protected. It may be that somebody disable the
tabs for the worksheets (Tools - OPtions -View - sheet Tabs)

Hi

has the whole sheet been formatted to Font Blue and Fill Colour Blue?
Control+A to select the whole sheet>Format>cells>Font>Automatic>Fill
Colour>No fill
Does that solve the problem?

Maybe somebody has been playing a prank on you.
